A small number of patients are not suitable for laser surgery to remove glasses and this is due to several reasons, such as: very high numbers, thin cornea thickness, keratoconus, corneal diseases, systemic diseases and more. In most cases, these patients receive a negative answer that it is not possible to get rid of glasses at all and there is no surgical method that will rid them of glasses, apparently. Recently and thanks to modern technologies and advanced lenses, it is possible to remove the glasses for people who are not suitable for the laser. These patients have two options, lens implantation surgery or lens replacement surgery. Amjad was not suitable for laser surgery to remove glasses because he was diagnosed with keratoconus.
